I was at Zara two week's ago.  They were changing the window arrangements and I saw this coat...gasp! I had to have it immediately. They didn't have my size (yah I know!) so I pulled out my ipad and ordered it online, paid no shipping, and got it a few days later. Gosh I love that they have online shopping, my credit card...not so much.

I had the pleasure to attend Blogger's Night Out last night with my Sees Catalina from Project Housewife. It was such an amazing event, the venue was perfect, the sponsors were great and the hostess were so sweet. Overall, a great event! I will be posting about my favorite vendors and the bag I won from Lulu's :-)

Although Casual Fridays are not really an option for me....I have to see clients. I do like to tone it down a bit. Today, decided to pair slacks with a bit of a casual top. I love the slimming crochet stripe on this top.

I got this shirt a couple of years ago at a DVF Sample Sale...too bad they don't carry stuff like this anymore. The recent sale was full of dark clothes, lots of boxy dresses and jackets. I'm crossing my fingers that they get better stuff in for the next sale...I need more tops!

It's a rainy day in NY and I think the clouds go the best of me, so I was looking for a dark outfit today. I started with gray pants and then found this top (recently altered for a better fit) and thought the polka dots would brighten up my day....and they did!

I'm usually not a Gap shopper, but I couldn't resist this jacket when I saw it. It has nice weight to it so it falls pretty nicely. It also has this super cute stiching on the shoulders that make it look more expensive than it was (It was $98...not a steal but a staple in my closet so it's totaly worth it!)

My new Spring obsession, polka dots! I visited Zara this weekend and I have three polka dots pieces but had to narrow it down to one...this top was the winner. I left behind a black and white three quarter sleeve top and a black and white tulip skirt...I have too much black in my wardrobe and with spring rapidly approaching I need to brighten it up.
