Although Casual Fridays are not really an option for me....I have to see clients. I do like to tone it down a bit. Today, decided to pair slacks with a bit of a casual top. I love the slimming crochet stripe on this top.

I have a really bad habit of buying individual pieces. I'm trying to implement a new rule. If I'm buying something, I have to think of at least 3 items I can wear it with and one of them has to be an office look (I spend 5 days out of 7 there). When I saw skirt, I turned around and saw this top. It was a match made in heaven. So far, I've worn this twice...I think the third time will be with red jeans.....what do you think?

I got this shirt a couple of years ago at a DVF Sample Sale...too bad they don't carry stuff like this anymore. The recent sale was full of dark clothes, lots of boxy dresses and jackets. I'm crossing my fingers that they get better stuff in for the next sale...I need more tops!

This is what I got at the DVF sample sale.  I usually go there looking for wraps, however there weren't many this year...but I just couldn't walk away empty handed  :-)
