I decided to join Flor de Maria's challenge, wear a celebrity-inspired outfit!  Flor de Maria is a fellow Peruvian blogger, loves color and has great style!  As many of you know, I'm a huge fan of Gossip Girl, a show with one of the best wardrobes and ridiculous story lines...I really do enjoy mindless television.  I absolute LOVE everything that Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) wears on that show.  When I saw this outfit, I just knew I had to recreate it...my way. 

My Daily Outifts - DVF Sample Sale starts today

Today is the day! DVF Sample sale in NYC. This day for me is the equivalent to Christmas for a 5 year old, or a tech geek waiting for the next Apple announcement! Although it happens twice a year, it feels like an eternity waiting for this sale. Today is the friends and family day, I'm still trying to figure out if this coupon will let me in. Tomorrow is a definite entry, so I'll be there anxious to add more pieces to my collection.

As I mentioned before, coral is my new color obsession. I love how this cardi goes with almost everything I own this summer.

As you can see from my latest posts, I'm totally obsessed with Zara. I spent weeks looking for these pants in NYC Zara...I finally found them at Zara Mexico during my recent trip to Cancun. I was so excited I bought them in tan (pictured above) and white!!!

I am totally obsessed with Color Blocking. I will find any excuse to throw on a bring sweater over anything or throw on two bright colors.  I went to Zara and just couldn't resist this combination.  Next time,  I think I will wear this skirt with a pink top or maybe yellow?
