Frank pointed out to me that I'm obsessed with stripes. I guess he's right, I wear them pretty often. See, I'm not one of those people that believes those silly fashion rules "horizontal stripes make you fat" "No white after Labor Day". I think I look pretty cute in horizontal stripes and shoes I bought two years ago and wore once...oops. So glad I started this blog!

My Daily Outfit - July 13, 2010

Where: Work
Dress: Banana Republic
Belt: Banana Republic
Shoes: Cole Hahn

This is supposed to be a wrap dress but I added a belt to give me that stepford wife look. I was slipping into my black pumps, but then realized the weather was already gloomy and I needed to bring some sunshine to my tootsies. You'll see these shoes a lot. The people in my office call them the "closing shoes". Since the end of my fiscal year is in August, I wear these shoes pretty much all summer...plus yellow pumps brighten up any outfit!

I loved this outfit because it was silk but didn't wrinkle and it was super comfortable. I think next time I'll try it with a belt. Feel free to post some suggestions :-)
